PeopleRandy Ross has been the manager at Advanced Auto since 1982. Randy has over 25 years experience in repairing cars and has been a manager since 1977. He has held a smog license since 1974. He is an ASE certified Master Automotive Technician and has also passed the Advanced Engine Performance test. He has a degree in Business Administration from National University. Randy manages the shop's long term goals and business plan.
Kevin Jones has been the service manager / shop foreman since 1998. If you have a question regarding car repairs, ask Kevin.

Technicians
Pete Bergman has been the main smog technician since 1989. Pete is an ASE certified technician. He is a graduate of the University of Idaho and has been a technician since 1984. If your car has a smog or drivability problem, Pete can fix it!
Kevin Jones, He has over 20 years experienceas a technician. He is ASE certified as a master automotive, L1 & a smog technician. He has attended numerous seminars and clinics to stay updated on today's technology. Kevin is the one in charge to make sure the job gets done right the first time and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Roger Wiese is one of are newer technician. Roger is a very quick learner and is an ASE technician and has proven to be a valuable asset.
Ed Weber is our longest employed technician, joining the team in 1985. He is an ASE certified technician and a licensed smog technician.
Chris Duback, Michael Beatty, Micheal Brockman and Carmelo Graziano are our tow truck operators. They are available 24 hours per day seven days a week. They are also ready to drop you off at work, home or school and pick you up once your vehicle is repaired. In addition to giving free courtesy rides, Kevin is always out and about making sure your parts arrive on a timely basis so that your vehicle is ready when scheduled.
Randy Ross, Kevin Jones and Jeff Ware are our service advisors. They can advise you as to the type of service your vehicle needs and the cost involved. They can schedule your appointments and arrange for your free local courtesy rides.
Debi Lasker has been keeping the office organized since 1988. She sends you the little reminder notices that your vehicle is due for servicing and keeps our files neat and organized. Debi's files make our office look like a doctor's office.
Juliette Ross is our business manager. If there is a billing question, she's the one to speak to. She is very meticulous and helps keeps everything running smoothly.
